Our Goals

1. Graduate Employment: To increase the employment rates of our graduate candidates by developing their research skills as well as their sectoral knowledge and experience.
2. Current Student Profile: As a department with a 100% quota occupancy rate, we aim to ensure that prospective students who choose our department are ranked higher than the current situation and to become one of the most preferred international trade and logistics departments in Türkiye.
3. Sectoral Collaborations: To increase the number of private sector partners with whom our department has agreements, ensuring that at least 50% of our students obtain internship or employment opportunities through these agreements.
4. Academic Staff: To reduce the number of students per faculty member by employing academics specialized in international trade and logistics.
5. An Effective Communication Environment: Creating a stronger student-academic communication environment through effective education and training activities.
6. Research: To provide incentives to increase the quality and quantity of scientific work of our academics in our department.
7. Internationalization: To increase the number of international collaborations and to ensure that the number of students benefiting from international student mobility is at least 10 in an academic year.
8. Student and Alumni Feedback: To continuously receive feedback to ensure the traceability of our department's education, training and counseling activities for students and to implement practices that will increase the satisfaction rates of our students and graduated.
9. Infrastructure and Resources: To develop foreign trade and logistics laboratories to support applied training processes and to provide an innovative and sustainable learning environment that enables scientific production.
