Dear Students;

During periods of distance learning, we use the Telegram application to provide more effective education and training, establish instant communication, and find faster solutions to any problems you may encounter. Telegram is an instant messaging application. People who are not in your contact list cannot see your phone number unless you share it with them. Various groups have been created on Telegram for certain courses. These groups provide a social environment where students can exchange ideas with each other and with department faculty members about course-related topics. You can write about any questions you may have regarding education and teaching in the department in the communication groups that have been created. However, the groups created via the Telegram app do not have an official status, and the statements made there do not constitute official statements. Our university, dean's office, department chair, and faculty members are not responsible for any content shared here by our students. Responsibility lies with the person who shares the content. Participation in groups is not mandatory for our students. Our students will be able to receive all the support they can get through the application through official channels as well. Only students from our department or students taking the relevant course should participate in the groups. Other individuals, those attempting to use the group for chat purposes, and those who do not join the group using their full name (e.g., using abbreviations, nicknames, etc.) will be removed from the group/groups. It is important to ask questions related to education and teaching, matters concerning the faculty members in the group, and questions that do not serve a chat purpose. You may write about all your inquiries related to the courses and the university.
